Give Back Foundation is not a charity you give money to, but rather an entity you give money through. We are a Donor Advised Fund. (DAF)
We could think of no better example to showcase our capabilities and demonstrate how we continue to build on our mission than our work for US Federal Government on the largest workplace giving program in the world: the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC.)
Together with US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) we make sure that the donations of federal employees both current and retired end up in the hands of the charities they designate. Tens of thousands of donations transactions delivered to thousands of charitable partners 365 days a year.
Like any federal partner we are scrupulously reviewed, tenaciously audited and fully accountable to every dollar that flows through our foundation.
CFC has entrusted the Give Back Foundation as the stewards of their employee donations.

Our History
In 2009, Stephen Paletta appeared on the reality TV series, Oprah’s Big Give. His tenacity and love of philanthropy made him the winner, receiving $500,000 to give to charitable causes of his choice. Instead of donating, he decided to start the Give Back Foundation—and create a platform that helps people contribute, raise, earn and donate money.
Since our start, The Give Back Foundation has been committed to making philanthropy accessible to the “everyday person.” We collaborate with organizations and people all over the country to encourage more giving. And we are incredibly proud to provide the services to the U.S. Federal Government’s Combined Federal Campaign for workplace giving.

Donor-Advised Fund
The Give Back Foundation is a 501(c)(3) donor-advised fund that exists to simplify giving—making it easy and accessible for anyone, anywhere.
Our platform validates charities to ensure your monetary contributions are going to non- profit organizations that meet the requirements set by the U.S.Internal Revenue Service. With more than 1.5 million IRS- approved charities already in our system, you can be assured that your generosity is going exactly where you expect and will make a difference.
